The application of theatre to corporate environments can support these goals:

Through action methods such as role playing and theatre games employees engage in explorations of workplace challenges and opportunities. HR managers supply the goals, issues and challenges from their companies and the ATC provides the methodology and the artists. Employees can then “rehearse for reality” in a safe play-space where mistakes have no consequences and strengths can emerge and be activated.
